At Irv's Luggage, we want you to travel with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused merchandise in its original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return and exchange process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unused items in their original boxes with all tags attached, then drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
